My name is Jared Cooper, and I teach in the math department at CHHS. I am blessed to be a husband to my wife, Morgan, and a father to my two boys, Silas and Deacon. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from Pensacola Christian College. Since then, I have completed a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Counseling from Bob Jones University and a Master of Education degree in STEM Education from the American College of Education. I have attained a STEM Certification through the National Institute for STEM Education. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, playing music, and serving at my local church. 

I am married with two children. I really enjoy spending quality time with my family. I preach and teach bible class regularly. I have recently been involved in mission work in Tanzania, Africa and hope to do more in the future. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Athens State University and received my master's degree from the University of West Alabama in Mathematics as well. I enjoy teaching and forming positive relationships with my colleagues. Colbert Heights is a great place to be!
