The Library Media Center is an integral part of the school. Students in fourth through sixth grades serve as Library Assistants by helping others, shelving books, interacting with teachers and staff, and in many other ways. The Library Assistants serve the greater community by holding a St. Jude fundraiser each year. We are glad students choose to serve in this capacity and leadership role at Cherokee Elementary.
