Meet the Career Coach
Mrs. Lattoria Jones
Hi! My name is Lattoria Jones, and I am the Career Coach for Colbert County Schools. I have a wonderful husband, Kamaron, and an amazing daughter, Kaelyn (4). I recently started as the Career Coach for this district in January. While I am fairly new to this position, education has always been near and dear to my heart. I worked as a Financial Aid Advisor and Scholarship Specialist at UNA for three years. Some of the skills I bring from UNA are knowledge of FAFSAs, scholarships, college applications, and college information in general.
I have always loved Career Tech Education and the many opportunities it provides for students. I look forward to working with more students to prepare them for college and careers. I plan on assisting with interviews, resume writing, job shadowing, college applications, scholarships, and more.
My job is to help students transition into the workforce or college, as well as make sure they have and understand the resources they have available to them.
